Job Summary
As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions. You'll work with a variety of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
