Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with organizations at various stages of their cloud adoption journey, providing guidance, support, and expertise to help them realize sustained business value and achieve their goals.
  • Identifying and accelerating the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of arenaflex services, partner solutions, and best practices.
  • Helping customers achieve organizational readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, and training partners.
  • Establishing and maturing operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of arenaflex frameworks and mechanisms.
  • Collaborating with internal arenaflex teams and services to provide seamless support to customers and ensure successful cloud adoption.
  • Defining opportunities that are strategic to the customer's cloud journey, including large-scale migrations, data analytics, digital transformation, and modernization.
  • Creating, managing, and delivering business and technology projects, navigating risks or roadblocks, and executing in an ambiguous and changing environment.
  • Sharing best practice learnings into reusable assets for internal reuse to support the evolution of the arenaflex customer experience and/or Customer Solutions Manager discipline.

A Day in the Life

As a Customer Solutions Manager at arenaflex, you will be part of a diverse, global community of professionals who deliver cloud solutions that influence business and IT transformation for our customers. Your day will be filled with:

  • Directly engaging with customers, partners, internal arenaflex teams, and services to provide support and guidance on cloud adoption.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver cloud solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to help customers achieve cloud fluency and skills.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project team members, and partners.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project and program management, with a focus on cloud adoption and customer advocacy.
  • Strong technical acumen, with experience in cloud computing, data analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with executives and project team members.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a focus on cloud fluency and skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate risks and roadblocks.
  • Certification in Solution Architecture, Associate level, within the first 6 months of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the State and Local Government and Higher Education industry.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex services and partner solutions.
  • Experience in developing and delivering business and technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Experience in establishing and maturing operating models/structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate risks and roadblocks.

Compensation and Perks

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
