Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering escalated emails and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Working queues related to orders not shipping, including investigating and resolving issues with customer orders
  • Making outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide updates on their orders
  • Responding to TrustArc Requests and other customer inquiries
  • Providing order updates and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Seasonal Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
  • The ability to maintain a positive attitude and energy level, even in stressful situations
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a seasonal or peak period
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers and business operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with order management and fulfillment processes
  • Ability to work extended hours, including Saturdays, during peak periods
