Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on arenaflex's website or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction
  • Proactively addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior support teams when necessary
  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers, promoting arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • A reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their concerns
