As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or an exceptional one. You'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels.

A Typical Day in the Life

During a typical day, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Utilizing your product knowledge to consult with customers and provide recommendations
  • Staying up-to-date on product and service information to ensure you're always providing the most accurate and helpful information to customers

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
  • Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications
  • High-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)
