Job Summary
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cloud infrastructure and data analytics projects. You'll work closely with our design and engineering teams to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC), drive process improvement through data analysis, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
- Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities for growth and optimization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
- 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
- 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
- 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
- Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
