Job Summary

As a Full Stack Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers using our cutting-edge software. You'll engage with customers via chat, build relationships, and close sales. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with our sales team to ensure that every customer has a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using arenaflex's software

  • Engage with customers via chat, building relationships and closing sales
  • Use arenaflex's system to send invoices and close deals directly on the chat
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with mentors and peers in a Q&A group to achieve sales goals
  • Utilize arenaflex's software to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using software applications, including CRM systems and chat platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the sales industry, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with shipping containers or the logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
