Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional live chat support to customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused manner
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate them to senior support staff when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions
  • Adhering to arenaflex's customer support standards, policies, and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a related field
  • Familiarity with shipping containers, logistics, or a related industry
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools

Compensation and Benefits

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll receive:

  • A base salary of $500 per month
  • 5% commission on each sale, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold
  • Paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including paid sick days, paid days off, and holidays
