Job Summary

As a Customer Retention Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by re-selling subscription services to former and current customers. With no prior experience required, we'll provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to former and current customers to re-sell subscription services

  • Utilize arenaflex's system to manage customer interactions and track sales performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive business growth
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous sales experience in a customer-facing role

  • Experience working in a call center or telemarketing environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems

Compensation Package

* Competitive hourly rate of $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

  • Bonus opportunities, including daily incentives and performance bonuses
  • Commission pay and monthly bonuses
  • Weekly bonuses and referral bonuses up to $200

Schedule
