Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely resolution of issues and provision of accurate product information.
  • Assisting customers with product selection, order status, returns, and troubleshooting, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations, staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product changes.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues, leveraging collective expertise and knowledge.
  • Monitoring and analyzing chat performance metrics to enhance service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus, but not required.
