Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions to customer problems
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support experiences
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and live chat platforms
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
