Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant – Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Supporting senior leaders with onboarding process for new team members and internal developments, including business lead and call monitoring, equipment, access, and support
  • Managing schedules, coordinating conferences, and making essential arrangements, including technical planned operations, saving offices, catering services, meeting materials, and plans
  • Supporting key HR reporting and complex presentations
  • Offering additional support to senior leaders with managerial tasks
  • Managing contract signature process and reviews
  • Supporting service frameworks access for channels

Essential Qualifications:

* Conversant in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both written and spoken

  • Managerial support experience in a large organization
  • Experience interacting directly with senior leaders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid relational, relationship, and networking skills to build and maintain effective professional connections across all regions of the organization
  • Hierarchical skills, focusing on and performing multiple tasks in a high-speed environment
  • Great communication skills, solid relationship building, and time management
  • Ability to work in a unique environment as a cooperative person
  • Elevated level of proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), Salesforce (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
