- Assisting users in maximizing product benefits and features
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers through our chat application, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and promotions
