Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Relation Officer / Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming guest inquiries via live chat and providing prompt, accurate responses to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting guests with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-related questions, providing informed assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Resolving client complaints or issues by following up and ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Maintaining a detailed knowledge of our properties, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
