Key Responsibilities:

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a robust, AI-driven chatbot that integrates seamlessly with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Your chatbot will need to be capable of answering customer questions autonomously, with the same level of conversational quality and accuracy as ChatGPT. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:

  • Develop and implement a chatbot for WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger that integrates seamlessly with arenaflex's Airbnb rental services.
  • Train the chatbot to handle customer inquiries effectively, covering everything from booking queries to property details.
  • Ensure the chatbot can handle varied conversations with the same depth and responsiveness as ChatGPT.
  • Provide documentation and training so our team can continue refining and updating the chatbot's knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems and processes.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the chatbot's performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize its effectiveness.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in chatbot development, especially with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI and natural language processing technologies, particularly models similar to ChatGPT.
  • Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for chatbot development (Python, Node.js, etc.).
