What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting Patients: Reach out to patients regarding the delivery of equipment and take patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Verifying Patient Information: Ensure accurate patient information and timely order placement to meet our high standards of quality care.
  • Data Entry and Transcription: Accurately transcribe patient profiles and perform data entry to maintain accurate records.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders as needed to ensure seamless delivery of equipment.
  • Medical Documentation: Obtain necessary medical documentation and troubleshoot patient-related problems to provide exceptional care.

What We Require (Essential Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Medical Field Experience: Experience in the medical field and administrative record management is essential for this role.
  • Strong Customer Service Background: A strong background in customer service is required to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is critical for this position.
  • Availability: Must be able to work five days a week, including weekends and evening shifts.
