Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class support to our clients' customers through live chat on their websites or social media accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering customer questions and providing accurate information
  • Offering sales links and discounts to customers
  • Providing unique solutions to customer inquiries, leveraging your creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
