Your Daily Tasks:
As a Fraud CSR, your daily tasks will include:
- Solving complex fraud cases using cutting-edge investigation tools and techniques
- Analyzing digital footprints to separate legitimate transactions from fraudulent ones
- Collaborating with an elite fraud prevention team to share knowledge and best practices
- Staying up-to-date with emerging fraud trends and technologies
- Making the gaming world safer for everyone by identifying and preventing suspicious activities
- Providing exceptional customer service to players who have been affected by fraud
- Working closely with other teams, such as customer support and marketing, to ensure a seamless player experience
You're Our Ideal Candidate If:
* You have a detective's eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
- You have at least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment, such as a call center or online support team
- You have 1+ year of technical support experience that proves you speak 'tech' and can troubleshoot common issues
- You have gaming knowledge that shows you understand the player's world (Active League of Legends or VALORANT players, we're looking at you!)
- You have network troubleshooting abilities and can manage your own network and devices
- You have quick learning capabilities for new software and tools, and can adapt to new technologies quickly
- You have a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM and can communicate effectively through written and verbal channels
- You have problem-solving skills that would impress Sherlock Holmes, and can think critically and creatively
- You have the ability to explain complex technical concepts like you're teaching a friend, and can communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- You have English communication skills that would make Shakespeare proud, and can communicate effectively with players from diverse backgrounds
- You have a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, and can maintain composure when facing challenges
- You are available to work 40 hours/week between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, and have schedule flexibility for business needs
Your Remote Work Setup:
As a remote employee, you'll need to have a private, distraction-free workspace that meets the following requirements:
- A dedicated workspace with a door that can be closed to minimize distractions
- Lightning-fast internet (minimum 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Tech-savvy enough to manage your own network and devices, and troubleshoot common issues
