Responsibilities
As an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients via phone. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting clients with questions related to bookkeeping and accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software is required
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborating with clients to identify and resolve complex issues, often requiring creative problem-solving skills
- Staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates of bookkeeping and accounting software
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Earnings Potential
As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
Schedule
* Flexible scheduling opportunities: Create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best.
- Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
- Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks
- Customer service experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
- Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
- Strong ownership of customer issues, taking control of the situation and providing confident resolution
- Tech-savvy and an avid computer user
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly tone and professional demeanor

- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- An organized desk area
Technology Requirements
You'll need:
- A personal computer (no tablet)
- A broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
- A wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up-to-date
- A wired USB headset with microphone
- Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility
- No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during arenaflex working time.
Important Information
* For this program, you must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
- Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
