Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing walk-in traffic and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Project management: Coordinate delivery and installation scheduling, communicate backorder updates, and help customers solve their appliance needs.
- Managing repeat customers, including those with rental and property investment needs.
- Continuing to train and develop product knowledge to stay up-to-date on the latest appliances and trends.
- Executing marketing programs and other company initiatives to drive sales and growth.
Schedule and Work Environment
* Enjoy a 4 ½ day work week, with two consecutive days off in a row.
- Work a standard Monday-Saturday schedule, with Sundays off.
- Stores operate between 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-6pm Sunday.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
- Excellent benefits package valued at $7,000/year, including:

Requirements
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or industry-related setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
