The Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. You'll develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients. You'll lead a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success, and plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.

Responsibilities

* Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.

  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.

  • Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas).
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
  • Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
  • Ability to achieve goals to drive growth.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to strategically assess and help solve client needs.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary range: $129,000-$191,000
  • Bonus and equity benefits
