Job Summary

As a Phone Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone calls and emails. You'll be responsible for resolving issues, answering product questions, and ensuring that each interaction ends on a positive note. Your knowledge of our products and ability to handle multiple administrative tasks will be essential to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

* Customer Inquiry Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, ensuring that every interaction is positive and informative.

  • Product Expertise: Provide accurate and detailed information about our wellness and supplement products, guiding customers to make informed decisions that meet their needs.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and addressing order-related questions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Administrative Support: Complete administrative tasks as required to support the overall customer experience, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
  • Positive Interaction: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in all customer interactions, upholding our commitment to superior service and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

* Proven Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the wellness and supplements industry.

  • E-commerce Experience: Previous experience working in e-commerce, with familiarity in CRM platforms like Richpanel, Hubspot, Gorgias, or similar.
  • Industry Knowledge: Interest and knowledge in the health and wellness industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling phone, email, and potential live chat interactions with professionalism.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable internet connection and quality headset; ability to work in a quiet, focused environment.
  • Availability: Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule that allows for occasional overtime.

Schedule and Offer Details

We're currently hiring 6 Phone Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The following schedules are available:

  • 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Eastern time zone (1 rep needed)
  • 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Pacific time zone (1 rep needed)
  • 8am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday AND three weekdays of your choosing, US time zone flexible (4 reps needed)
