Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Nashville, USA. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

• Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or operations research

• Five (5) years of work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, Python, R, or other data analysis tools

• Knowledge of data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Certification in data analysis or a related field
