  • Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring clarity and precision
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring data integrity
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clutter-free and efficient workspace
Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and professionally
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and accountability
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience as a Data Entry Clerk, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
  • 1+ year of experience with Excel/Filing, with a strong understanding of data management principles
