Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales, process transactions, and provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
- Merchandising and Inventory Management: Maintain clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves, take inventory, and check in and price merchandise as required.
- Asset Protection and Compliance: Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensure compliance with state and local laws.
- Display and Visual Merchandising: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
- Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
- Web Pick-up and Special Assignments: Assist with web pick-up responsibilities and complete special assignments as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, team members, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and effective manner.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain inventory.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
- Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment.

- Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use a computer, including our point-of-sale system and other software applications.
- Certifications or Training: Certification in customer service, conflict resolution, or a related field.
