Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll be responsible for communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications, and ensuring a seamless activation experience. If you have a strong desire to help people, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
- Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
- Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
- Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding progress
Experience
While experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service is preferred, it's not required. We're looking for candidates with a strong desire to help people and a keen eye for detail. If you have:
- An Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in a business environment (preferred, but not required)
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfort with smartphone applications and web-based applications

Work Environment and Culture
As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or our downtown San Diego office. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're committed to creating a work environment that's both challenging and rewarding.
