Job Summary

  • Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions and resolving issues efficiently.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, with experience in managing customer interactions and tracking issues.

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.
