Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing our master data set, developing reports and visualizations, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. You'll work closely with product owners across various lines of business to understand their objectives and priorities, and you'll be responsible for reviewing and reporting on data findings to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage Data: Own the master data set and all that it contains. Review and report all findings to appropriate parties, explaining the testing of data and the ability to import and process confidential information according to guidelines provided. Create reports for customers and internal users that provide clarity on trends and areas for improvement.
• Support Data: Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements, as well as initiatives for data integrity and normalization. Make recommendations for improvements and suggest ways to generate sales of existing products by analyzing trends. Compile business intelligence and trends to support actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners across various lines of business to understand their objectives and priorities, and to ensure that data analysis is aligned with business goals.
• Develop and Maintain Reports: Develop and maintain reports and visualizations to support business decisions, using popular data analysis tools and techniques.
• Analyze and Interpret Data: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Communicate Insights: Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using non-technical language to ensure that everyone can understand the findings.

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field

1 year of experience as a data analyst or in a related field

* Ability to understand business needs and relay them into easy-to-understand, non-technical language *

High-level written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
