Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry/Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurate and Efficient Data Entry: Enter data into various systems and databases with precision and speed, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Perform data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, and utilize pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent, and identify and address data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of our records.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents, and develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our systems and data entry processes.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, and communicate effectively to ensure seamless workflow.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Computer Systems: Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent Administrative Skills: Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
  • Experience in Data Entry: Experience with data collection, data analysis, and data entry, including the ability to transcribe written materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong Typing Skills: Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address data discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications
