Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
  • Providing exceptional support and guidance to users, helping them navigate our platform and resolve any issues they may encounter
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help evolve our platform and improve the overall user experience
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our platform and its features
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience

  • 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
  • A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
  • A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a tech or start-up environment

  • Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms
  • Familiarity with veterinary supply ordering or a related industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
