Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
- Providing exceptional support and guidance to users, helping them navigate our platform and resolve any issues they may encounter
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help evolve our platform and improve the overall user experience
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing creative solutions to complex problems
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our platform and its features
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience
- 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
- Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
- A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
- A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a tech or start-up environment
- Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms
- Familiarity with veterinary supply ordering or a related industry
