Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Ticketing and Baggage Check-in Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and guiding them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the check-in process and verify customer documentation
- Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts, as well as handling items at floor and waist level

Essential Qualifications:
