Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via chat, email, and phone to our clients' customers. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* 1+ year of customer service experience

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with chat support
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM
