Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching proper authorities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling emergency signals in a timely and effective manner
• Notifying and verifying alarm signals to ensure accurate responses
• Dispatching proper authorities to respond to emergency situations
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and response to emergency situations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility
• Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your schedule, including:

• 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
• 10-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Evening shifts
• Holidays
• Night shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends as needed

Our office is located in Manasquan, NJ, and we offer a hybrid remote work arrangement for those who meet the criteria after successful completion of training.

Training and Development

Our paid training program will take place on site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024.
