Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Live Chat Agent to join our remote customer support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through live chat, email, and phone. You'll work closely with our technical team to resolve complex issues, provide product training, and develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective support to clients through live chat, email, and phone

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to provide personalized support
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve technical issues and improve our support processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our support services
  • Work closely with our sales team to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in live chat software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a focus on technical or business-related fields
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and networking fundamentals
