Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative – Remote, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing medical and prescription claims, and ensuring a favorable experience for all stakeholders. You will be the essential voice for patients and healthcare providers, delivering outstanding service and support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer and patient inquiries with empathy while processing medical and prescription claims.

  • Respond to medical and pharmaceutical billing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist patients in navigating medical insurance verification and explore payment options to fulfill their requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality service.

Required Skills
