Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our digital databases. You'll be responsible for inputting data, updating order statuses, and performing quality checks to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses, and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data Verification and Correction: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure that our databases are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, and applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure that our databases are complete and accurate.
  • Report Generation and Storage: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure that our data is secure and easily accessible.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to ensure that our databases are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Customer Support: Providing exceptional customer support by updating order statuses and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience: Experience working in a data entry role is a plus, but not required.
