Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Analyst in arenaflex's E2E Conveyance Group, you will be responsible for leading exploratory research, including hypothesis testing and essential statistical testing, to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data from various sources, develop predictive models, and create actionable insights to inform key stakeholders. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling will help us make data-driven decisions, drive business growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead exploratory research, including hypothesis testing and essential statistical testing, to drive business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from various sources, develop predictive models, and create actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders
- Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Test Tasks
* Plan and estimate retail tests to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives
- Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as Expedited Shipment
- Develop driver examination for essential reasons behind late deliveries
- Analyze differences in store and market performance
Skills and Competencies
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
- Strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with data governance and quality processes
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
