Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing dispatch calls, and ensuring that our clients' expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Manage dispatch calls, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, including client information, payments, and confidential information
  • Collaborate with technicians and clients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex through innovative ideas and solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a dispatch or call center environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office atmosphere with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a dispatch or call center environment, with a focus on customer service and relationship-building

  • Knowledge of CRM software and data entry systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (optional)
