Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer service calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer service-related information for customer accounts
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Resolving inbound customer calls regarding account-related issues
  • Taking customer orders and providing high-quality customer service
  • Making outgoing customer service calls to resolve customer issues
  • Working closely with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service standards are met
  • Resolving any customer service issues that may arise
  • Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Providing customer support and handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Combining excellent customer service skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in data entry and accuracy in capturing customer information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a home-based customer service or data entry role

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
