The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our chat support channel. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to customers in a timely and professional manner. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Handle order status updates, shipping damage claims, and vendor communications
- Utilize sales acumen to identify sales opportunities and generate revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in English (speech and writing)
- Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 40 WPM)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the e-commerce industry
- Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and design principles
- Sales experience and a proven track record of driving sales growth
- Experience with chat support software and tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
