Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to participate in our national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. As a part-time Customer Service Representative Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and participate in discussions online or in-person. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
- Complete written and oral instructions, surveys, and product reviews
- Provide honest feedback on products and services
- Use products and services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meetings
- Participate in online or in-person discussions, as required
- Complete written surveys and product reviews for each panel
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
Qualifications
* Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
