Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and innovation through data-driven insights and analysis. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes, and collaborate with our stakeholders to identify and prioritize key business initiatives. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners
- Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
- Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
- Work with different data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response
- Archive work processes related to key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
- Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans
- Develop vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and enhance data analysis
- Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling storytelling for executive audiences
- Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
- Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
- Understanding of social data set plan and capability
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Proven self-starter with strong critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and exceptional communication skills
- Successful collaboration and time management skills
- Ability to carry attention to detail, with a capacity to step back and grasp the big picture
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with design delivery teams to examine technical ideas
- Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, QlikView, or D3.js
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
