Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven solutions that inform our business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement data visualizations, and communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to business initiatives and decision-making processes.

• Answer business-critical questions and provide expert knowledge on various product and business streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products.
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business outcomes across the organization.

What You'll Bring

* Unbridled curiosity, high intellectual and analytical strength, and an insatiable quest for data-driven insights and business results.

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering).
• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an information and analytics space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements, to a compelling story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership.

Nice to Have

* Master's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering).

• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, sign-up channels, and business spaces.
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management.
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience.
• Strong inspiration and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Humor and a willingness to have fun.
• Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and tackle business challenges.
