Job Summary
As a Virtual Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers via live chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through their queries and concerns, and providing accurate and timely resolutions. Your primary task will be to assist customers via live chat on our clients' websites, whether they are inquiring about discount codes or refund policies. You will be supported by a comprehensive knowledge base and a helpful supervisory team for more complex queries.
Key Responsibilities
