Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients and team members. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Patient Support: Providing exceptional care and support to patients with type 2 diabetes, thyroid, and functional medicine needs.
- Loan Applications: Assisting patients with loan applications and ensuring a smooth process.
- Testing and Scheduling: Ordering testing and scheduling appointments with health coaches, including rescheduling as needed.
- Communication: Handling phone calls, Zoom calls, text messages, and voicemails with patients and team members.
- Administrative Tasks: Completing forms, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative duties as required.
- Supplement Sales: Selling and ordering supplements for patients, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
- Health Coaching Support: Providing administrative support to health coaches, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
