Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and shape the future of our content portfolio. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify untapped opportunities, and develop strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, search queries) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in data visualization and data storytelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience in media and entertainment, with a focus on data analysis and content performance
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as decision trees, regression, and clustering
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
