About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping others. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries, providing exceptional service to our customers and clients. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to delivering comprehensive solutions will make a real impact in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers, navigating multiple systems to resolve complex issues - Provide accurate and timely information on insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges - Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while maintaining a distraction-free work environment - Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers - Collaborate with a supportive team to create positive experiences for our customers and clients - Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
What We Look For
- Passion for helping others and a natural ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy - High school diploma, GED, or college degree - Availability to work weekends and flexible hours - Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet - Equipment provided and must be hardwired (no Wi-Fi)
