Job Summary
As an Experienced Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. Your primary function will be gathering and entering detailed trip information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports, handling member inquiries and complaint intake, and working closely with internal departments to address real-time issues. Primary Responsibilities
* Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers, and Health Plans to provide exceptional support and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion, confirming member eligibility, and answering member inquiries regarding transportation services
- Identifying and assessing member's additional needs, intaking member concerns, and actively working with other internal departments to quickly address real-time issues
- Other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Required Education and Experience
* Must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, via email, and over the phone
Skills and Competencies
* Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment
- Positive and helpful attitude, with a strong ability to empathize with members and their guardians
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability, with the ability to work independently and/or with a team
- Accurately typing 35 wpm or more, with flexibility to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology
- Ability to work with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities
Job Requirements
* Must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have the ability to work flexible shifts, including overnights and weekends

- A notebook or desktop computer with a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available
- High-Speed Broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus!)
