Your primary objective will be to create a pleasant shopping experience by swiftly and effectively resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Customer Service/Sales Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys: You'll prioritize a customer-first focus and deliver a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly front-end area: You'll troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence: You'll ensure that our team is well-rested and ready to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Availability for a flexible work schedule: You'll need to be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical capability to lift and transport boxes exceeding 40 lbs: You'll need to be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
