Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts
  • Understanding customers' businesses and needs, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their business with arenaflex
  • Developing and executing strategies to reduce churn and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and drive business growth
  • Representing arenaflex at a senior level to merchants, showcasing our expertise and building trust
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Developing and implementing customer success plans to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or finance-related industry

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn in a customer success or account management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Experience working with Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts
